These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern use of the internal bookkeeping and invoicing software ("the Application") provided by Peace Country AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for Peace Country AI's internal business operations. The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's official API to manage accounting data such as customers, invoices, estimates, and payments. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining a valid QuickBooks Online subscription and for the accuracy of the data you authorize the Application to access. You may disconnect the integration at any time.
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any data you enter into or connect to the Application.
The Application assists with bookkeeping and invoicing but does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing all invoices, records, and financial figures for accuracy before relying on them or submitting them to third parties or tax authorities.
We aim to keep the Application available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peace Country AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to use of the Application.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted here ends and you must cease using the Application.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
