The Application is an internal business tool used by Peace Country AI to manage its own accounting, invoicing, and accounts-receivable processes. It is not offered to the general public and is used solely by authorized Peace Country AI personnel.

With your authorization, the Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's official API to read and write accounting data such as customers, invoices, estimates, and payment status. This access is used only to perform the bookkeeping and invoicing functions described above. We access only the data required for these functions, retain it only as long as necessary, and never share QuickBooks data with unrelated third parties. You may revoke the Application's access at any time from within your Intuit account or by disconnecting the integration.
Data is stored on access-controlled servers operated on our behalf. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access, and audit logging — to protect information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to maintain your authorized connection.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Application (for example, our hosting provider and Intuit), and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
We retain financial and accounting records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.
